Emma Stone was reportedly up for a new movie role in Warner Brother’s back-on ‘Tarzan’ reboot starring Alexandar Skarsgard, according to Variety.
Christoph Waltz is now being eyed for the film’s villain role as well. Margot Robbie and Emma Stone are among the two contenders for the role of Jane in the movie. Jessica Chastain has previously been sought for the role but was a little busy with her projects these days. No negotiations have begun with any of them yet, however.
Update: Emma Stone is unlikely to take the role despite repeated overtures from the studio, reported from Up and Corners
I’d really hope Emma will take on the role of Jane as I’m really a fan of the movie!
